Considered as one of the budding female stars of the 21st century, Janhvi Kapoor has come a long way since her first stint in a Dharma Productions film. According to media reports, the young actress has bought herself a swanky triplex worth Rs 39 crores, in December 2020, when the stamp duty rates in Maharashtra were at the lowest at 2%. Her new home is located in Juhu-Vile Parle Scheme, where stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgn own palatial properties. Spread over an area of 4,144 sq ft, this triplex is on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of a building and comes with six private car parking slots. While the property’s exact location is still under wraps, we take a look inside Janhvi’s current Lokhandwala residence where she lives with her sister Khushi Kapoor and father Boney Kapoor.

When the country went under lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kapoor sisters posted fun videos on Instagram where they could be seen spending some quality time together. Janhvi also wrote a heartfelt note, thanking her family and personal space, saying; “I’ve learnt that this house needs me…I’ve learnt that I can still smell my mother in her dressing room.”
Starting with the living room, Kapoor’s welcome area has ivory, cream and tan shades, with glossy marble flooring, which gives a chic look to the space. There are majestic chandeliers, mirrors and statement décor pieces with artwork on the walls. The Kapoor family spends a lot of time here along with their two pet dogs. Something that is very noticeable in this home, are the numerous Buddha sculptures and the greenery in the room.
