CREDAI Bengal’s property expo to be held from November 10-13, 2016

[ecis2016.org] CREDAI Bengal has launched its Realty Expo 2016, which will showcase properties from 40 builders in the residential and commercial segments and will be held till November 13, 2016

CREDAI Bengal, the state chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) – the apex body for private real estate developers in India, launched the ninth edition of its realty expo, on November 10, 2016.

Realty Expo 2016, will bring 40 builders under one roof and will continue till November 13. Inaugurating the property show, mayor of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Sovan Chatterjee, expressed hope that it would help investors, as well as buyers in the real estate sector.

The annual property fair will showcase properties in the commercial and residential sectors, the organisers said. The builders will focus on affordable housing and provide a new facility, to transfer plots in Salt Lake, they added. The organisers will also promote the efforts that the body took, towards the pricing of units based on built-up area and the implementation of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

CREDAI Bengal’s objective, is to boost the real estate market in areas like Rajarhat and New Town, promote development of south-east Kolkata and south-west Kolkata along with fast track completion of flyovers, etc., and encourage development in unused industrial and government properties, through the public-private partnership (PPP) model.
